For more than 25 years, Dr Stegen and North Country Eye Care have been serving West Lebanon, Lebanon, Hanover, White River Junction and surrounding areas. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry, one of very few Board Certified optometrists in the Upper Valley.
