Went there on April 16, 2016. My friend got his drink in about 2 minutes. The manager even gave him a gift card for his "wait" on top of not charging him. Meanwhile, it took more than 10 minutes for my drink because they "forgot". I didn't even get an apology or anything. They just put my drink on the counter after I complained. Horrible customer service experience

Yeah, all the locations are the same. But for people watching and celebrity sightings this is the one to squat at. This is the coffee spot that should have caught on. Their drinks are FAR SUPERIOR to competitor Starbucks. They roast their beans to perfection and pull lean tasty shots. Low acidity makes this a welcome place for people with sensitive tummies. The Dutch cocoa or vanilla powders used for sweet treats like mochas and the outstanding Ice Blended drinks set the standard. It mixes well with your choice of soy or milk and stands up to the inherent bitterness and earthy complexity of the espresso giving any beverage it is added to a nice sweet streak. I can't say enough about how refreshing a Mocha, Vanilla or Caramel Ice Blended can be on a hot Hollywood day, but the lines in the Summer will attest to that. Their fatty high carb treats are not for the dieter but are always, rich moist and delicious! Also makes a great place for a late night desert after dinner or a movie.
