The work is so slow. We come here and wait more than 3 hours. No way to come again.

Love the place! The staff is always friendly and welcoming and treats your pet as if their own. They take great care of my little kitten, and shower her with love and care. I highly recommend this place, especially for new pet parents like myself. They're awesome.

I take my dog, Mac, to Dr. Liz because she is a wonderful vet and takes great care of him! She and her staff even stayed late one Friday night when I had to drive Mac in with a knee injury. I am so appreciative of the entire staff at the clinic--the ladies at the front desk are so helpful and are quick to return calls and find answers to any questions I had after Mac's neuter. I highly recommend West Chester Veterinary Center to anyone looking for a regular or emergency vet! Sari H.

I love this pet hospital. My dog ate some penny late at night and they had to give him blood and do surgery. I am so thankful that they saved his life. He is my baby and I love him a lot. It was so stressful for me, but everything went well and now he is a happy healthy guy. Thanks, Amy

I took my newly adopted kitten to this Vet Center as soon as she was adopted for examination and vaccinnations. She was at this office a total of 4 office visits and Dr. Liz recommended that she be brought in to be spayed at 5 months. I made the appt. and took the kitten in to be spayed and dropped her off. The front desk girl called that afternoon, and laughingly explained that they had cut open the cat and realized it was a male, not a female. They then neutured the cat, thus having to do two surgical procedures instead of one. This doctor misdiagnosed the sex of my cat, and didn't have the professionalism or the decency to explain how this happened. This incident took place on March 27th, 2012. The vet's office completely stone-walled me, refused to let me speak to the veterinary doctor for explanation, offered no apologies, and still charged me for the procedure. They were completely unapologetic and never even called post-surgery to check on the cat's well-being.
