BG Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I've been using this company for about 4 years. They're a small Mom-n-Pop company that knows the meaning of customer service! They're reliable, flexible and thorough. Brian, the owner, is out every time with one of his staff. He's done a great job getting out quickly and cleaning up after plenty of doggy-disasters and little kid mishaps. His wife, who schedules the appointments always remembers me, even when it's been months since I called. I've tried another large company and a company that advertises "dry" carpet cleaning. I didn't feel my carpets were quite as clean and the customer service didn't come close!
