Locked me in the office and didn't even care....

I'm serious. After my adjustment the receptionist hooked me up on the Muscle Stim machine and then left the room. 10 minutes later the buzzer goes off, and I wait for her to come back in and take the sticky stim pads off my back. I could hear a customer out in the waiting room, so I figured she was busy and would get to me soon. Suddenly everything got really quiet. I waited for a little while longer, but after a total of about 45 minutes my arms were going to sleep & I decided enough was enough... it took some work but I got the stickies off my back, then went out to the receptionist to let her know she forgot about me. There was no one around!! I waited a few more minutes for someone to show up, but I wanted to get out of there so I head to the door and it's locked! I remembered that when I was laying there with the muscle stim she had been on the phone ordering chinese food, so then I realized that it was lunch time and I had been completely forgotten about! It took me awhile to figure out how to unlock the old door, and it really upset me that I was left there, completely forgotten about. I am very ill, arthritic, and in a lot of pain, but apparently not very important to the staff here. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and let it roll, but at my next appointment I told both the receptionist and Dr. Boylan about it, and the receptionist denied it (said "It must've been the other receptionist" but she's the only one I've ever seen there, does she have a twin working there?) and Dr. Boylan just casually said "Oh really?" and wasnt the least bit suprised or worried or apologetic. I haven't been back since.



As far as chiropractic care, Dr. Boylan isn't bad. He usually got me feeling better. For some reason it's uncomfortable to be in his presence, but maybe that's just me. I still don't want to go back.
