Great family owned dry cleaners

Their website states that "All of our work is done on our premise which ensures an even greater degree of quality service."



Sadly, this is not the case, as I recently found out during my first (and last) experience with Ultra Cleaners. My wife dropped a suit of mine off that was needed for a special event. She told the employee it had to be ready by a certain date, and was assured it would be ready by that time. Of course, once the appointed day & time rolled around and she went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. Ultra Cleaner's excuse? The truck they send their cleaning out in was late for the day and nothing was ready for customers to pick up.



To add insult to injury, they didn't even bother to offer a discount on the price of the cleaning to make up for their poor service.
