The UPS Store

Sent me a glass jar in a bubble envelope. As would be expected, if you weren't a complete idiot, the jar did not make it intact. Pack it and ship it yourself and save the hassle and money.

The guy who claims they did not pack this is a liar. My daughter took the jar to the store and they packed it and shipped it. She watched them put it in the envelope and figured they knew what they were doing. All I got was rudeness and denial from these jerks when I rightfully complained.

In my personal experience the store is adequate. I have only good things to say about the guys at the counter. I don't typically need great service from a mailbox store but I do appreciate them. That said, I've had multiple issues with the owner and manager. Multiple times they failed to return a phone call to the point where it became comical. I won't get into the personal dispute because there are two sides but I certainly don't feel that they cared much about me as a customer. When they finally had a response to my request they didn't call, as promised, they just wrote a note and put it in my mailbox stating they wouldn't honor my request. If my sons were old enough to understand I would bring them to the owner to show them how not to run a business. The only time I've seen him at the store he passed me off to his already busy employee because he was 'in the middle of something'. I hope that my experience was just an anomaly but my business is going elsewhere.

I tried to resolve this situation with the prior reviewer "bobt63" professionally. I explained to him that we, at The UPS Store, did NOT pack this item. It was packed by his shipper. Therefore we were not liable. WE would have never packed the item in anything than a BOX, with BUBBLE WRAP and STYROFOAM. Thank You.

I had a great experience at this store. I would recommend it to all my friends, family and co-workers. I have been coming to this location for years. The consistency in fair pricing and reliable service is second to none! The lines are short and the transactions are quick! They are a 1 stop shop: Fax, Notary, Copies, Postal Services, Office Supplies, Personal Mailboxes, Business Cards, Laminating, Binding, Full Service Packing and Shipping! A+!!!
