Been shopping at the franchise for years. Boynton,Royal Palm Beach -both great experiences over the years. Went into Wellington today, bought a few items, then mentioned a customer service issue to the cashier. She was helpful. As, I was leaving a person who identified herself as the owner (Stephanie Siney), yelled at me,called me a B (expletive), and proceeded to get aggressive with me. She kept yelling, I am the owner, B(expletive), I pay rent here, I dont care who you tell!", Then she proceeded to threaten me. She yelled repeatedly: " Do you want more, girl!" I informed her that I was a long time customer, and a 40 year old woman. She let me know that she did not care, and kept repeating: B(expletive) and " Do you want more??"



I have never experienced such classless and disgusting behavior.I believe she wsnted me to react, so that she could feel justified in harming me.
