Huge disappointment. I have been here for about tree months and in all true honesty CANNOT wait to leave this place. As a University student I am somewhat tolerant of the children playing around as well as the "weekend party noises". However, this place is HORRIFIC. loud "ghetto" music is always a must during the day and night. children running around screaming to the top of their lungs, roaches in the apartment and neighbors kids stumping on the floor...ETC,ETC,ETC,ETC..I will terminate my lease as soon as possible.

My family and i lived at baystone for a year and it was horrible. We had termites all in the apartment and it took them a week to get someone out there and that was because they thought it was just ants but it was termites. They painted the tub so you couldnt take a bath because if you did you would have paint chips all over your body, in your hair and floating in the water. The workers there are very lazy and like to talk about you when you need work done to your apartment that your paying 900.00 for but falls apart everyday. People here are rude and loud and have no respect for anyone not even themselves. One night i noticed an unusual car parked by our apartment door so i went outside to see who it was, there were people haveing you know what in the car in the parking lot. If you want to take your kids to the playground baystone has dont let your child go alone because alot of the older children hang out there and threaten smaller children and have bad mouths. Alot of fighting goes on here, cars riding around in the parking lot throwing fire crackers and blaring music and reving up there engines. You cant even see your own grass ouside your door because theres big piles of dog crap all in it.The gates hardly ever work and people just wait at the exit gate to enter after you exit. I could go on and on my point is dont even think about living there, it was horrible.
