Steak N Shake

Shamefully poor quality and rude management! I went through drive-thru and got three burgers with charred meat, hard bread, and cool! Banana shake tasted like petroleum. To make matters worse when I called to inform the manager I heard him say in the background"just tell blank he will have to wait! I waited for 15 minutes and could wait no longer.

We have been here 4x and overall quality has worsened. Recent and last visit place was filthy and there were 6 errors on 7 person order. Waitress blamed it on kitchen. Much rathet spend $ at mcds.

We were thrilled to learn we were getting a Steak N Shake. However, the first time I went to the drive-thru, I waited about 40 minutes for two shakes. The wait issue has not improved much either. The food is so-so, not as good as I remember at the one in Greensboro.

Little bit of a wait but well worth it.... food is great!!!
