Did really good fixing my wedding ring looks brand new

6 months ago I had them fix my daughter-in-laws ring, and replace the tips on my engagement ring. After a few weeks I noticed one of the tips was catching, and I could get my fingernail under it. I live in CA and only visit every 6 months... so I just went back to have them fix the 'bad' tip. Their solution was to file it down. When picking it up, I tried to get them to see that it was not fixed. No amount of talking worked. A service institution should stand behind their work. They should have replaced the lifted tip - not filed it down. I will have to find somewhere to get it repaired properly. Another thing, I had them fix my bands as well which go on either side of my engagement ring - they had a bit of a pit/flaw which I could feel. they said they could file them down.... stupid me for not getting an exact description of what they meant when they said that - they took off the top, not filing the actual blemish. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment! I will NEVER return there.

I'll relate my experience - we took a watch to have a battery replaced, and when it was handed back the crown was missing. Linda assured us that since the watch was in my wife's purse for 5 days it must have broken there since they couldn't produce the crown. It wasn't in the purse. I suppose it serves us right, since this is the second watch they have returned to us broken after a battery replacement. My advice - be careful, because after 17 years at this location, Linda would rather lose a customer over a $65 watch repair than make things right.

THEIFS!! Lindas Jewlrey in Weatherford is the Worst place EVER!! They butchered my $1700.00 ring... they were supposed to re tip post holding big diamond only well they didnt do that they reuned my hear that holds my diaond had to relace it and put the wrong head on first go around & cut my ring up to make room for wrong head so then they were to redo my ring & put correct head but I just got it back and they messed up one of my diamond replaced with wrong size diamond its all uneven gaped and looks like trash.... gold is over lapping my diamonds they stole one of my dimonds and replace it with another diamonds of less quality they were very rude in telling me my ring is not brand new so it wont look brand new there was nothing wrong with my ring when I took it in besides needing re tiped a simple thing to be done I have took my ring to be looked at by othe jewlers and they say its beond repair! They refused to give us any copy of work invoces. 0 stars and 2 thumbs down ...

The owner is hands-on and very helpful. My watch was fixed in a day and it didn't cost me a fortune. I will drive to Weatherford for this servoce from now on! Thanks.
