Would NOT recommend. Bought a replacement window pane from the Weatherford location. First of all their price was higher than everyone else. The only reason why we chose to go ahead with it was b/c we have a contract on our house and the appraisal was to be schedule soon after the window pane was replaced. I confirmed the appointment with Johnny, repeating the day and time. On that day, I called, precisely at 2pm, which was the time they were supposed to show up. Johnny proceeded to lie to me by saying we schedule it for the following day. Thankfully, we rescheduled for 2 hours after the appointment. At that time (4pm) I received a call saying they were going to be late. While they were here, one of the 2 guys that was replacing the window broke the knob on my blinds b/c he yanked on it really hard. In addition to all this, the window pain grid are CROOKED! Are you kidding me???! The 2 guys that were here were rude too. I have nothing good to say about this experience and if I were you, I would call someone else. Apparently now that they have the commercial business, they could care less about what used to be their bread and butter.

they were at my house in two days and it took them about an hour to replace my windshiels in my danali. the service man was very respectful and did a super job.
