I think AAA Properties is a great place. Their apartments are older apartments but the management and maintenance crew are doing a great job trying to get them updated. Maint request are handled promptly and efficiently. The maint crew are all really nice. The office staff is amazing. They are friendly and do the best they can to work with you when needed. I would absolutely recommend renting from them!

Would not rent from these people. They don't fix anything.They temporarily repair it. No pest control at all. Apartment building is falling apart.

the longer you stay the more issues you see with the place the floors squeak the only bathroom is up stairs the stairs squeak and i understand it was built in the 60s but they could do a better job at keeping them maintained. im not complaining about the price tho 695 a month all bills

i would recomend them. they have several properties in town. they have nice management. when I first moved in there were a few maintenance issues that came up and they fixed them right away.
