My wife and I were at the dealership recently looking at SVUs. Valerie Evans was the salesperson who greeted us. She was very friendly and didn't get "pushy" at all.

I really liked her way of dealing with customers. :-) Definitely NOT the typical obnoxious salesperson. She was VERY helpful.

I'd rather buy a car from Valerie than any car salesperson I've dealt with in many years! Ask for Valerie Evans by name. You and your bank account will be glad you did. Valerie is a delight to work with.

Auot Star in Canton--Very Disappointed...Told me that sale was a done deal. Not once, but twice! No such luck. Then didn't even have the professional courtesy to return our phone calls to tell us why. So I now have two hard hits on my credit and no new vehicle to show for it. Don't belive them when they say Bad Credit/No credit, upside down tent event. etc..it's all a scam! Better have good credit or money down or no vehicle. They are no different than any other car lot! Don't waste your time!

Service was horrible

If i could leave no stars i would. Waited for twenty minutes to drop off info to service writer while service manager sat in office looking at computer screen. They forget to do the oil change prior to me picking up unit. Waited thirty minutes for service writer to pick up keys. Was then told that I needed a four wheel alignment and two rear tires. My work was on a company vehicle and through a plan that pays for the work. They left basically free money on the table for repairs not done. Never go back.

I think this is the best selection of Jeeps in area and the staff worked with us to find what we needed at the price we were looking for. It was a pleasure to deal with all the staff involved with the deal. I felt like I got everything I ask for and the finance person was funny and great to work with. This is the second car that I have bought from Waynesville, they always have a great selection and it has always been a great experience.
