Be very careful. My husband obtained insurance from Sam. Because Sam did not file the paperwork on time, my husband was unable to have prescription coverage. Now, we have been informed (one year later up for renewal) that he will have to pay a penalty for the rest of his life for Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage. Thanks, Sam - DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.
