DO NOT BUY YOUR DOG HERE- THIS PLACE SOLD ME A MIN-PIN PUPPY WITH DOUBLE LEGG-PRETHES DISEASE AND REFUSED MY REFUND AFTER I GOT THE DAMN SURGERY FOR THE DOG !!! THEY TOLD ME THE INSURANCE WOULD REIMBURSE AND THEY WOULD REFUND WHEN I BRING RECIPTS-- THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY DROPPED THEM BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEIR B.S, (EXCUSE MY FRENCH!) NOW I AM 4000$ INDEBT AND 21 !! BECAUSE AFTER THE SURGERY WAS COMPLETE THEY REFUSED TO PAY0 THEY ARE RUDE AND THE OWNER TED IS SO UNHELPFUL- DO NOT NOT NOT NOT BUY A DOG FROM ANY OF THESE CHAIN PET STORES.

the dogs are way over priced, and the staff is clueless!! this one girl said that ALL puppy mills are only in the east coast so they only get their dogs fro the west because there are NO mills over there. uh HELLO puppy mills where STARTED in the west coast and yes, there are still many mills over there, and there are indeed mills on the east coast but no where NEAR as many. There are good breeders who do sell to nice pet shops but i don't think this is one of them if this girl is so naive to believe something like this. Plus, their dogs are sooooo over priced. a husky for $1900? in rockaway and in fairfeild sells them for waaaay cheaper, and paying a $60 dollar fee for a microchip that already comes in the dog, then having to pay a fee online to activate it? thats rediculous. And don't get me started on their warranty. the girl got me all confused! i know a pet shop has a standard 6 month hereditary/congential 14 day viral warranty, its the law to have one in NJ, but this girl was telling there where different warranty options and she told me i had to buy a warranty?? it even has the options on their website! they do know they must sell the dog with the warranty right? they cant make you buy it, state law says it comes with it. i'm thinking it was an extended warinty but the girl never mentioned it and their website doesnt say its an extention either..... Also, when i asked what they fed the dogs, the girl told me it was Roal Canine, all i saw on the shelf was eukanuba, and when i looked into the kennels, there was not a SINGLE bowl of food in there. some of the dogs nails looked like they havent been cut in MONTHS and it kinda looked like one dog had dried snots on its nose. i would never buy a dog from here due to the cluelessness of the staff, the over pricing on dogs, and the little details that just don't add up.... if you want a good healthy dog, go to rockaway or fairfeild. you don't have to pay a fee at the store for a microchip, rockaway only sells the food they feed the dogs, and both stores are much cheaper in pricing. plus the staff at both stores actually KNOW what they are talking about and while i didnt meet this "Manager" from what i hear, rockaway and fairfeild have MUCH kinder staff....
