NEVER GO TO CARMENS AUTOS ON 8 MILE AND JOHN R.. I BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH THE PAST WEEK BUYING THIS TRUCK FROM HIM.. ITS NOT JUST ME I SHOULDVE KNEW TO GTFO WHEN I HEARD OTHER CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT THEY CARS AND IF YOU GOOGLE HIM, THERE ARE ALOT OF REVIEWS SAYING THEY HAD MESSED UP SITUATIONS.. ITS CRAZY CAUSE IM NOT ABOUT TO PLAY I EXPLAINED TO HIM I HAVE A NEW BORN CHILD DONT GIVE ME NOTHING MESSED UP JUST BECAUSE ITS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE AND HIDE PROBLEMS.. He is a complete rip off... And a drunk���� His name is Tony by the way...

Beware! Very shady business owner. Very unprofessional. Did not back up his contract. Very rude and disrespectful expecially to women. Was even drinking beer in the middle of the day while "running" a business. I dont recommend this place to anyone!

I actually took the time out to write my first review. During the end of Feb 2015, a lady hit the back of my car (2000 Black Grand Am) while coming home from work. I had insurance, but she didn't. Insurance did not help me with repairing any the damages. So I sold it to Frankie for $300 (worse decision ever because besides the cosmetic damages, the car ran perfectly) I had $900 in cash to put down for a used vehicle, which was $1200 altogether. I decided to buy/ "finance" an 2002 Green Ford Taurus. The blue book value of the car is $2900, but got charged with $5000 total ($400/month). Due to the fact I was not paying attention to the NO WARRANTY or the price I still decided to buy it, because I needed to get back and forth to work. The car broke down 3 times in 2 weeks! In the process I lost my job, gave up a reliable car, got overcharged and still ended up with no vehicle. TERRIBLE, never coming back again. He says zero percent finance because he charges you almost double the car value. I wish someone would have gave me a heads up!!!
