First Class Pet Lodge & Doggie Day Care

Our dog has been going to the Pet Lodge for many years. Time after time, he eagerly charges in when we get there. His care has always been first rate. At a previous facility he was traumatized and this is the only place he has been successfully groomed. We drive all the way from Minocqua because we value the accommodations and quality of care so much. The staff is exceptional!

We had a very positive experience. Sally had never been kenneled and Luanne and her staff took great care to group her with dogs she could get along with. Thanks!

The place is great they take good care of our dogs. Our dogs get to socialize with other dogs. They are able to handle special requests as well. We use them 3 or 4 times per year. They don't take Credit Cards so don't forget your Check book.

I love this place!!!! My dogs kennel fairly often and I always hated to leave them. Since we've found The First Class Pet Lodge, they're happy and I have a worry free vacation. They also attend the Day Camp 3 days a week. My 9 year old runs to the door like a puppy when she hears the words: "It's a Day Camp day!". I can't say enough about how wonderful all the ladies are. They know all the dogs names and personalities. Thank you First Class Pet Lodge Staff!!

I have been taking my dogs to 1st Class Pet Lodge for years. My dogs attend doggie daycamp 3 times per week. They love it and the staff! They get more excited to see the staff when they get there than they do me! That's a great feeling. I can assure you that this is the best place in town, w/ owners on premises and a caring staff that know each and every "regular" by name and the color of their collar. Tours are offered, so if you're not sure, make an appointment and see for yourself!

I am sorry but do not be fooled by the name!There is nothing First Class about that place. No website, cash or checks only and the playtime is simply staying and freezing outside in a small fenced area with the rest of the pack. Is your dog fit for subfreezing temps? Who cares, isnt it all about the money?! And they are too busy to ask anyway.So if you care about your pet go somewhere else.

We have been taking our dog(s) here for years and have always received excellent service from the owner and her staff. It really is pet care and not just boarding. Everyone there is on a "first name" basis with my pet(s) and as stressful as boarding can sometimes be for the pet and the owner 1st Class makes the whole process as comfortable as it can be to both. While there our dog(s) get to interact with others in Doggie Day Camp which we are sure is a healthy diversion from the stress of being away from home and family. We also use the grooming service with the same measure of success. We highly recommend it.
