Ballweg Collision Center

Ballweg collision did good on my car repairments but i wasnt very pleased with the customer service. The person who was in charge of setting up appts wasnt very well organized and didnt return my phone calls soon enough. I had to call the person setting up the appts several times to set up the appt myself and get my car situated before winter (snow) came down. Im not trying to be rude in anyway but if Ballweg Collision would have a better way of organizing things it would help a lot. I felt Ballweg Collision just wanted to get paid to do the job and not care enough to put in effort by showing their customers that they were worth going to.

I had my car fixed this past winter in February 2012, the car was so clean, even got a stain out of my seat! I'd highly recommend as they don't miss the little things.

They did a good job on the truck. Still better than a few of the other main body shops in town. The only downfall is it took a little longer than they said it would. I guess good things come to those who wait. I would recommend them.

Best Body Shop in town - by Far! Free loaner car was great, staff is extremelly nice and very informative. Car looks better than new!
