needed brakes and wipers fixed so i took my car to waterfordgarage they gave me a ride home and pick me up prices were very reasonable very professional will be going back again highly recommend

Polite, to the point, excellent at explaining the problem, price more than fair, checked brakes all my lights and other essentials on the car that could be a issue in the future at no cost.

It's unfortunate that a star has to be selected at all for this business.
I've read quite a few reviews on this place, and apparently nothing is ever Dave's (the miserable owner) fault, right? He likes to blame his customers for their accurately bad reviews of him and his business.
Our alternator blew on Thursday in the middle of Pontiac and our mechanic is in Port Huron, where we live and it would've cost us $300 to have it towed there. We called him & told him what was going on. He spent a good 5 minutes criticizing our mechanic and told us to bring it to him and he would have it fixed in the morning and for $200 cheaper. He also told us not to pay attention to the bad reviews on internet, as they were all women who don't appreciate that he doesn't treat them differently because they're woman! Okay, I thought that was strange but he was gonna fix our car cheap & quick so I didn't pay it no mind... Wont do that again!
So the next morning we came to get our car and Dave started screaming at my husband saying he called us 3 times and that we didn't answer the phone and it was disconnected. I'm not sure how they're both possible but OK. So my husband said to call him right then because we didn't get a single call from him and besides, why would we give him a number that doesn't work?! We needed our car back ASAP and obviously are going to pay a lot of money to get it fixed. Why would we not give him a viable phone number?!
He then got in my husbands face and told him to "get your fucking car off my  lot!"
I couldn't believe this Dr. Jeckyll was the same Mr. Hyde from the evening before, so I went to talk to him to see what happened, and if I could resolve it.
He wasn't in the office so I went to the garage. I literally took two steps and he yelled at me at the top of his voice to "get the fuck out of his garage!"
And all because he said it was too much work for him! But he knew EXACTLY what the problem was and would entail the night before when he...

Two of the five star reviews are the owners, Dave G. Or Guzak, and his wife Meghan G. I would say their reviews are a little biased.

Worst shop owner in Waterford area. Don't go here!! Dave impounded my car after I already had an agreement with his wife Meghan to park it there so I could post it for sale at the 7-Eleven down the street. Total s*** show going on over there. Avoid this place and save yourself the stress.

Best repair shop in Waterford. Great prices, excellent customer service, and repaired right the first time.
