        Very poor workmanship

        81 year old had a new garage door opener installed in the summer of 2013. On Sunday September 7th 2014 the garage door opener came unattached from the door header and fell down on the door when it opened, damaging the top panel where it needs to be replaced and keeping my Dad from getting his car out of garage. Overhead door charged $107 to reattach the opener and told him he needed new top panel. Poor workmanship cause this problem, a garage door opener should fall down after a year.q

        Girl behind the counter was very friendly. The salesman came to my house and was clean and friendly. Installed a opener the same day. Great people!!
