        Bad-Horrible costome service! 1 guy behind the counter 5 people in line and he keeps talking on the phone. Another guy walks up AFTER I go ask for more help and HE picks up the phone too! NEVER AGAIN!!!

        The repairs to my car were done well and in good time but I won't go back to this location due to the service manager's lack of customer service. They overcharged me by $214 on the labor and he acted like he was doing me a favor in refunding my money. Mistakes happen but based on the service manager's comments I don't think this was a mistake. I think they purposely bill this way in the hopes that people won't review the invoice carefully to see that they are double and triple billing on the labor expesnes.

        Don't take your car here !!!!!!!!!!!

        I came to this location because my car was beginning to pull to left when i would press the brake , but barley noticeable , so i wanted to get it taking care of before it got worse .. I have a 98 lincoln mark 8. So Jeremiah took my care for a test drive and then , put my car on the lift . the manger Tommy told me i needed calibers and new brakes , and that it would be 314.00. to bring it in the following day before noon . on my way home the car was driving horrible ..and as soon as i pulled in to my parking place the passenger side of my car slammed down . . to make a long story short, my car has a air bag suspension , AND THE AIR BAGS SUSPENSION MUST BE SWICTH OFF IN TH TRUNK BEFORE LEFTING THE CAR . THE NEVER OPENED MY TRUNK TO TURN THIS SWICTH OFF. And to make it worse when i called the manger-TOMMY , was very rude and told me that they never lifted my car .. ..
