Tige and Traci Sundberg, owners of Sundberg Quality Homes, Inc strive to make the building process as easy and exciting for the buyer as possible. We have a selection of plans for you to choose from or we can assist you in the architectural design of your new home. We continue on by using high grade building materials and a proven team of sub contractors. The scheduling of each house is very important to Tige as is the quality and detail of the finished house. All of our houses are built using 5 Star Energy Standards. Our goal is to build the best house possible while staying within your budget and time schedule. Making your house into a home is what you get to do. Tige Sundberg has been in the building industry for over 13 years. He began constructing homes in Kodiak, after serving 10 years in the US Coast Guard. He always knew he wanted to build and after meeting his wife in Kodiak felt this was the time to start that dream. His love of construction has taken him into Peru on a church building team during the winter of 2008. Tige has worked in almost every area of building, beginning with multi-family units on the base housing project to commercial construction. This includes the Kodiak Island Rocket Launch Facility, the Terror Lake Dam Project and US Coast Guard Hanger Remodel Project. After 8 years he knew he wanted to start his own business. In 2003 he and his wife Traci decided to move their family to Wasilla and are very happy to call it home'. Once again, thank you for taking the time to review our material.
