Taxi Transportation

I wish I had read the reviews before I used this taxi service this morning! The most awful experience I have ever had with a taxi company. They are not even deserving of one star because a one star ranking would mean they did something.



Yesterday I requested a cab for 6 AM, and I confirmed twice that a cab would be dispatched. Come 6:15 AM, no cab and I am starting to panic. I called the company, and they put me on hold for about ten minutes when I decided to hang up and try again. I called and they immediately put me on hold again.



By now, I am panicking and stressing because I was planning on getting to my workplace by 6:30. Instead of comfortably arriving according to my schedule, I am four blocks away from my home trying to find ANY cab.



I never got a phone call from the company explaining what happened, and I came to work late on my first day. It was unnecessary stress.



WHATEVER YOU DO, do NOT use this company. There are many other companies.
