Big Bites

The service is awful and rude. goes with the disgusting slop they call food. zero stars if possible !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

I order quite a bit from big bites and the food is usually good. I ordered fish and chips and when it was delivered I opened the container and could smell fish, a strong smell. I took one bite and spit it out. I called big bites and I asked if this fish was frozen and what kind. They said it was frozen and supposedly haddock. It did not taste like haddock. I asked for a refund and they brought money back for the dinner and I gave them the dinner to take back.

Ask for the hot Italian grinder with everything, you won't be disappointed. Good owner's and great staff.
