One middle aged black woman was rude to me here. She works the counter handing out stamps and taking mail. I called in a complaint to Dennis Kennedy who in charge. Everyone else has been fine. If you have a problem at the Warren Post Offices do not put your name in the return address section or you will be targeted. SAD

I live in a neighborhood by 9 mile and Groesbeck. The mail service is awful. We sometimes won't get mail for 3-4 days when I know 100% sure I should have received mail on all of those days. There is one person for this giant neighborhood, it seems you need to add more help. They can't just hold your mail and not deliver it because they are too slow.

Dear Post Master General,

My husband recently been sentenced to Macomb County Jail. I have written him many lettera and sent numerous photos. For some reason he is not receiving all of his mail and I even had an envelope of a letter I wrote him returned me without a letter inside. Could you please look into this problem? I believe the problem is at the jail itself.

I am a resident of the neighborhood, south of nine mile, I have never been to that specific location, however i believe tis' where our mail gets delivered by, and you who are responsible to be putting mailmen who are Capable. accurate, quick, and whom can deliver mail the correct way, for the last three weeks or so I havent been getting my mail correctly, I didnt recieve the wed weekly paper in until that following sat, recieve mail once one week, none the next and my mail late that week, I CANNOT afford late fees or bounces in my bank because my bill doesnt get to my house because of an UNFIT, OVERWEIGHT, Non Persistant man, walking around with NO mailbag skipping houses because they seem to have porches!! this NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED@ you NEED to hire a new mailman or woman even and get rid of the man who delivered my mail today I do not appreciate seeing a mail man with a non noticable uniform or mailbag picking up and del mail entirely wrong and late, you need to get rid of him

I guess if you have important registered mail being delivered to you in the 48089 zip code you might want it to be delivered to another zip code due to the fact that the Mail Carrier would rather put "Sorry I Missed You" slips in your mailbox instead of knocking on your door to deliver it to you. Even though the Clerk at the post office was pleasant on the phone, this guy needs to find another job...4 times he put this slip in my mailbox and not one (1) time did he knock on the door. I guess my question is why is he still delivering mail? We as citizens depend on the postal service to be honest and deliver in a timely fashion. So how do I explain this one to the IRS? That the mail carrier is lazy? Don't think they will buy that!

Post Office review

Not a bad post office. Fortunately I haven't had any issues at this location. Staff friendly and helpful. Lines move pretty quickly. The only issue that would need improvement is the parking. Can get a bit hectic trying to get in and out. Other than that I like this location.

There are some major issues with the Warren Post Office that needs to be dealt with quickly. The location is horrible, parking is unbearable and the lines are always out the door. Something should be done to fix this problem that has been getting worse each day.
