The gym is great! It has a bunch of equipment and the pool and sauna are a major plus. For the most part, the sales people will leave you alone. But if your on a week or 3 day pass they nail you and try to sell you for a membership. So if you only want to go in there once dont give them your real phone number or they will blow you up. Another negative is that there are a lot of young people there. Its a good place to meet people but if you are just into working out, it's like a night club in there sometimes. Also, the front desk people are not very nice. But I would definatly recommend buying personal training! The general manager, Cameron, was super nice and didnt pressure me. The personal trainers haven't let me down once. Overall its a good place to work out.
