Cold Stone Creamery

Do not go to this location. My wife had called here to place an order for a neapolitan cake for my birthday. At first the person at coldstone had no idea what a neapolitan cake was. Once she explained to him what it was he wanted to know where we found this cake (their own website!!) She had to walk him through where to click on their own website to find this "special" cake only for him to say he needs to talk with his manager and she would call my wife back. Over an hour later someone finally calls my wife back only to start an argurment that they do not offer this cake at all even if they did, it would cost double the price of a normal ice cream cake because it has more than 4 layers. "But dont worry we have a great cheesecake up here you can come pick up" The "Manager" continues to be argumentative towards my wife and she kept pushing that "wonderful cheesecake" on her.

I emailed their website to explain my disgust in how their employee treats customers only to have the regional service manager call me to say he wanted to make things right and send me a gift card in the mail. That was over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I guess for $30 you pay for good ice cream but there is a good chance you will get treated like crap.
