I was disappointed in my repair today on my stove. I needed a new element for an electric stove. Was I surprised when they told me how much they were charging. After they left I went online and saw how much the element cost from Amazon along with instructions on how to install the element. It just goes to show, you should really investigate before hiring someone to help you. I didn't feel confident enough to do electrical work. I definitely overpaid and feel I was taken advantage of by this contractor.

I'm a pretty handy guy so I called the office to order a replacement belt for my washer. I gave Julie the make model of my washer, she checked the inventory and they had it in stock. So I went over picked up my belt and off I went. I didn't even realize that they sold parts to the public from the office. Great service, will definitely use again instead of going to home depot.
