Simpson Veterinary Services

My wife and I raved about this vet (Dr. Simpson) for a long time and recommended that all our friends and family in the area go to them. Over time though, they grew and grew but haven't adapted. Their service is extremely sub par and when you call in, 9 times out of 10, you will get put on hold. Their new vet that they have hired on, which we have had the pleasure of having 3 times now, always seems to be in a bad mood.

There isn't enough room for me to share my experience, but the bottom line is because of miscommunication from them, I wasted 2 half day's of work and 3 separate round trips to and from their location.

No one should have to go through this much frustration over a vet. As I mentioned, their service has gone downhill the bigger they get and they just haven't adjusted. I would recommend looking for a different vet or expect a lot of frustration and miscommunication.

Dr. Simpson is a caring vet that helped me though a horrible experience with my little Yorkie. She was very sick, I had taken her to regular vet, left her over a weekend so that she would get to be seen first thing Monday morning, and when I picked her up on Monday evening, an office staff person told me "She didn't look sick, so no one saw her." I suspect the staff simply forgot that she had been boarded for that specific reason. I had to scurry around and find another vet with my Little Yorkie so very sick. Dr. Simpson took us in and we fought valiantly for her. He was such a gentle, loving person to my "baby". It was too late and she was too ill for us to save her. When I lost her, he couldn't have been kinder or more understanding. Trust this man and his staff with all your pets; he'll be there for you and your precious animals when you need him. And, yes, he does have a rather unique office!

Wow ,you must go to see Dr. Simpson! New office to the Walton, Ky area. He shows that he cares and treats the animals with so much love and care. He not only made my pet as good as new, he follows up on her condition. His office is right off the I-75 exit and easy to get in/out of. He has a down to earth personally and is a great person to talk and deal with! I can't say enough about this clinic. Also, his office is a must see! Check him out you won't be disappointed.
