Premier Water Systems

Nothing but SCAMMERS! The first issue was the initial installer put the system in backwards thus it never worked. Then the water re generator tank cracks and they have the nerve to charge a service fee! Then the system head cracks and won't stop re generating thus causing my well pump to overload. Did I mention I've only had this system for less than 3 years! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

We've been a customer for 20+ years and for the last 6 or so the service has gone completely downhill. They are very helpful as long as you don't have any problems or questions, but as soon as you have a problem, they stall......stall....stall and then make you have two or more appointments to fix (all with more charges). They will quote you a price to fix what is wrong and then on the day they come they will tell you that the price has gone up - never will they give you an estimate in writing for fixing their leaking system! The tech they sent this year (when we asked for a plumber to fix leaks); not only couldn't fix the leaks, but his testing kit had problems and he told us we needed an entirely different set up! Then they never called back with the second test results and we had to beg them to send the plumber to fix the leaks (third time the system plumbing has leaked since replacement). Stay away!

I couldnt have said it any better, they are scammers and a rip off. They can be nice people when you meet or talk to them but does that justify handing over thousands? I know for a fact the owner is all about manipulation and lies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

They seem to try to talk you into buying every possible new system they have with price tag of 4 digits and up, whether you actually need it or not, using the oldest tricks in the book. Very sketchy and unreliable. After their guy made a ridiculously suspicious offer, we said no, and brought in other professional objective expert that told us that we do not need to do anything but replacing a small $10 filter, saving us thousands of dollars we could have spent if we fell for the original "advice"... Stay away from Premier.

The system has made a definite improvement in my water quality. No more stains on the shower curtains and my wife's wash comes out looking much better. Granted they are pricey, but overall I am satisfyied with their service. In fact, they replaced some defective control valves after the system had been installed for over a year at NO cost to me. Beyond that, each tech that comes to the house is polite, knowlegable and efficient. In fact, last year, he recommended that I not change the filters since they had a lot of life left in them. Many dollars saved and much appreciated,

Premier is the latest Home Depot contractor to jump on the lowlife scam bandwagon. That they are a HD contractor should, in itself, be a red flag, but they apparently also subscribe to the "leave no customer unripped off" doctrine. We had these clowns to our house, through HD, to do a "free" water analysis. There was also supposed to be a $20 gift card offered for signing up for this. Strike 1 was when the rep shows up and doesn't even know how to perform the test. He actually asked ME if I knew how!!!! The final strike was that their lowlife rep. lies and puts in that he never performed an analysis, and that my wife wasn't present, and that we weren't really interested, so we don't qualify for the gift card. Classic bait and switch and false advertising, but a clear demonstration of the integrity of this company. My strong advice: Look elsewhere. Why deal with scumbags?
