Hair Couture Salon

I just had my hair done by shannon. she is amazing. My hair never looked so good!!!! They do take walk ins but I do recommend you make an appointment. I made my appointment with Jackie and she was very respectful with me making an appointment.

So I called to make an appntmnt and asked the receptionist if they had any deals going on with groupon or anything, because I remember seeing the name of this salon appear there. She didn't know anything,So she asked the owner Jackie. I heard Jackie in the background say "NO, NO. We don't do any of that stuff" in a nasty tone. Then she(Jackie) took the phone and very rudely told me "I never put my salon on Groupon. I don't know where you're seeing that but NO. We DON'T do that sorry BYE". And she just hung up in my face without even letting me finish my sentence! What a rude b*tch! I was only asking! She made it seem like I did something wrong. I was gona make an appntmnt to do my hair there either way, but she hung up in my face and didn't even let me get a chance to speak!So I called back and told her "I only wanted to make an appntmnt w/ you but you hung up on me, now I'm honestly not interested in coming anymore." I thought she would apologize, but she said in a nastier tone THAT'S FINE and she hung up again! Unbelievable!!! That is NOT the way to treat your customers under no circumstance! No matter what, you're supposed to be welcoming and polite to customers. Especially if they're being polite to you! No manners, no class, no respect, very unprofessional. If she's like that over the phone, I don't want her dealing with my hair. Stupid b*tch.
