Visalia Clock Works

Prior to Christmas 2010, I called Visalia Clock Works to inquire about having my mom's clock fixed for her. I was able to take it on over with quick results. I was charged $71 for what I was told a new mechinism. I thought the charge was fair.
While at my mom's for Christmas, the clock was not working correctly and dinging a hour off. (This was all in a matter of a few days). My husband brought the clock back to him letting him know that it wasn't working. My husband picked the clock up today
1-25-11, and again was charged for a service that wasn't completed correctly the first time. This time the charge was $95 for a "new mechinism". He didn't fix the clock the first time...but charged us 2 times. I should have been given the part that I paid for the first time.
Not sure if this man is a church going man. I have my doubts and consider him a thief!
