OK SO THESE GUYS ARE NOT IN IT FOR YOU, THEY JUST WANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!! I TOOK MY TRUCK TO HAVE AN ALIGNMENT AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A RACK N PINNION ....THEY SAID IF IT GOES OUT COMPLETELY YOUR GONNA CRASH AND IT WILL BE LIKE WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. LOL.......FUNNY THING IS I MAY BE A CHICK BUT I KNOW THE NOISE THAT IT MAKES WHEN ITS BAD! ITS BEEN A YEAR OR SO NOW AND MMMMMMM MY TRUCK IS STILL GOING WITHOUT THEIR HELP AND 1500 REMAINS IN MY POCKET. YOU GUYS SHOULD HAVE YOUR CSE CERTIFICATES PULLED AND GIVEN SCAM ARTIST OF THE YEAR AWARDS! IF YOU LIKE...NO LOVE YOUR MONEY THEN DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. I GUARANTEE THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF!!!

Okay, first of all let me tell you that I have procrastinated buying tires for quite some time and to some embarrassment waited until one finally blew up. I had waited so long because one, the price, two, the trouble of finding the cheapest place to do it for me without jipping me and three actually taking the car over there to get the whole mess dealt with. I spent two hours looking online and speaking to annoyed garage men that hated me for calling and making them run the size of my tires and all. And to no avail, I was pretty sure I was going to give 350$ to the somewhat nice online website...I tried one more place to call and was immediately apologized for the wait time it took for them to answer the phone, which was roughly, three rings. The first thing I did was tell "Doug" as he introduced himself that I had spent two hours of my life being miserable and he was the first to actually being polite and genuinely nice! He was glad to hear it and continued to ask me how my day was as he ran the size of my tire. Completely shocking to me he gave me multiple options but gave me the lowest prices, 350$ turned into a beautiful song of 280$. He said, if I could find a price smaller than that he would price match and buy me two tacos from the jack in the box from across the street. A good salesman at best! I told him, sold! I will see you tomorrow! Wonderful business, and like my title says, I have found a new tire mechanic for life! :)
