The management has this self entitled "i am better then you" attitude. With what little power they have they mistread the hard working employees. And make sure you know they don't like you by cutting your hours, leaving you to do thier job and YELL at you if you don't. Several occasions the manager/assistant manager will take longer then an hour lunch, come in hungover, constantly haver personal calls, the manager had set up interviews but came in late because she was out partying. Along with falling asleep in the office and never treating anyone with respect, they talk badly about everyone behind thier backs, they lack communication and can't run the store at all. HORRIBLE management Alex Mecias and Marina Bell deserve to be fired!!!!
