Our kitchen and bath granite countertops are absolutely perfect. True skilled craftsmen, professional sales staff, and courteous hard working employees are very rare in 2014. Thank you Chris for your knowledge of stone, Liz for your constant follow up, the guys in the shop that put up with my indecisiveness and the installers who were always on time and busted their backs. They say you are only as good as your employees, well, Congratulations to the owner of this company! Thanks for renewing our faith that contentious hard workers are still out there⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Provided by Superpages23 Oct 2014 - Preston Approximately 5 years ago I had Tidewater Master Granite install granite kitchen counter tops and the y did an outstanding job. They were courteous, meticulous, and outstanding job in a timely manner. Approximately 3 weeks ago I had Tidewater Master Granite install my bathroom vanity counter top. I dealt with the same people I had worked with 5 years ago. Not only did they help me pick a piece of granite that fit our decor but also were able to prepare and install the day after the new cabinets were in place. My contractor coordinating our bathroom was duly impressed. Thanks for doing an outstanding job.

I had been a residential home builder in central Virginia since 1970.I decided to upgrade my countertops at a condo in Virginia Beach in 2010 and by accident happened by Tidewater Granite Masters.I talked to Liz and Jun and felt very comfortable with there knowledge and assistance.They did such a great job with our beach condo back then that we just had them replace our counter tops in Hanover Virginia with a very high end granite and we could not be more pleased with the workmanship and end results. We wish there were more than five stars available for Tidewater.
I typically do not write reviews, but the service at Tidewater Granite has been so exceptional that I felt I needed to spread the word. I have had not one, but 2 separate installations of granite done by them. Chris Moy makes you feel like a long lost friend, and Liz is a delight to work with. Both of them are as honest as the day is long, with Chris going out of his way to save us some money on our selection. I was even able to help pick out my specific slabs of granite to select those with the subtle shading I was looking for. They did a perfect cut out and installation on my 70/30 custom sink and my faucet placement was done just the way I wanted it. Their craftsmen did an exceptional job at measuring and installation on both occasions was just perfect. I want to highlight that the men who did the installation are true craftsmen..not just "installers". I had my granite installed within days of making my selection. I regularly recommend these folks to anyone I know looking to upgrade to granite. I won't use anyone else!

We had our bathroom vanity top installed within three business days from the time I picked out the slab that I wanted to use. Now that is fast! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Our kitchen remodel started out as a nightmare which include a company (Earthworks Granite Company, Inc.) taking our deposit and beginning work which they never completed. I contacted Tidewater Granite Masters literally in tears with an unusable kitchen and my son's second birthday party fastly approaching. They were kind and had my countertops installed within a week! I would recommend them to anyone and absolutely love all of the staff:)
My experience with Tidewater Granite Masters was phenomenal. The moment Chris and staff came to my house to give me an estimate it felt like I had met them before. they were so friendly and corrdial. As they were taking the measurements they were explaning everything I should expect in regards to the installation and delivery. I was a novice regarding what to expect but when Chris finish explaning what would happen from beginning to end, i was completly satisfied. Finally the installers were the best especially since I did not have any cleaning up to do. I want to thank Liz and and her staff for a jb well done. I would give them a recommendation any time.
Tidewater Granite Masters installed granite counter tops yesterday in my kitchen and I could not be happier with the results. Chris Moy did an exceptional job in helping me pick out the perfect granite for the lighting and space within which I was working. From granite choice to template preparation to installation......it was all so painless and the finished product makes me smile every time I enter the kitchen! I found TGM's pricing to be very competitive. The installers were timely, meticulous, friendly and very talented. I plan on having granite installed in my bathrooms at some point and Tidewater Granite Masters will be doing the work. Thank you for a job well done!

Provided by SuperpagesChris Moy and team far exceeded our expectations. We had a small kitchen counter job set up through Trindco as part of a full Lowes Remodle. We were set to close on our refinance and Trindco was backed up and unable to complete the job in time for our closing. I was referred to Tidewater Granite by a local contractor who told me he bet they could do something to help us. We were in full crisis mode as our remodel was not something we'd planned on but were thrust into after a pipe burst. Chris Moy answered the phone at around 8p.m. and met me at my house the next day with samples. We visited the showroom that evening to look at the slabs of granite and 2 DAYS LATER his installers completed the kitchen job with a beautiful Brazilian granite that looks spectacular. I am a trainer for a large customer service business and this was a classic example of actively listening to your customers needs and responding with service better than the competitors! I've referred 2 ppl already!

I can't emphasize strongtly enough ....DON'T DO BUSINESS with Tidewater Granite Masters. These characters have turned our kitchen into a variable nightmare with pink granite and they are bound and determined to make us eat it with barely competive prices. Do business with Home Depot that are reputable shops. The side of our oven is trashed due to the (so called expert instalation). If you decide to do business with Tidewater Granite Masters, make sure you have a lawyer ready on stand by...because the color you pick we'll NOT be the color you chose. Doing business with them is a nightmare....we have been without a kitchen for close to two months. P.S. They don't return phone calls

Our many repeat customers have come to rely on us for their counter top needs. New counters would not be free as you had previously requested but we would be happy to give you the opportunity to pick out a replacement counter color.

Provided by SuperpagesStay away. If your order is not big enough for them to make a killing they will not do business with you. Very rude and evasive. We sent over a fairly small order and we had to call over 20 times to get someone on the line. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Chris Moy from Tidewater Granite Masters was recommended to us by a friend when we were searching for a company for Granite in upgrading our kitchen. Chris met with us within 24hrs of my call and within a day I went to their shop and picked out a perfect piece. Within a week our counter top and bar piece were complete and we were able to schedule installation right away. When creating our counter top the guys made sure that the best unique design in the natural stone would be visible for us to enjoy. The guys showed up on time and very quickly had everything in place and cleaned up. The installers were very polite and professional and did a superb job. This was our first experience with Granite Masters and they will be our only choice in the future. Their pricing is very competitive but the personal customer service from Chris and Liz far out weighs any price point. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to up grade your home.
