Love the motivational trainers! They are super kind and really helpful! I’ve done the 6 week challenge and I am so Grateful to restart my health Journey with this amazing group of women!

I have been taking classes for 8 weeks and I couldn't be happier. I have been struggling trying to find some type of exercise to do while not feeling like everybody is watching me and judging me and I honestly feel like I have finally found the place. The instructors are amazing and they do a wonderful job of keeping you motivated. The workouts change from day to day so you are never doing the same things over and over....it is such a great workout!!!!

A great place to have a fast pace workout. It really is the highlight of my day. The instructors are very positive and helpful. Everyone is so supportive and you feel like a part of the family!

I was very nervous when I first signed up on Groupon because kickboxing was so far out of my comfort zone. When I came in for my first class, all that went away. The instructors are all very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite what others have said, I have never felt pressured to sign up for their challenges or membership but I did become a member because of how I felt after my workout. It’s fun, I like that it doesn’t feel like a workout and that the classes change daily. I’ve been losing weight and body fat, something I’ve tried unsuccessfully to do for a while now. The instructors are so supportive!

iLoveKickboxing has been a huge blessing to my life. The staff are encouraging and supportive and the facilities are always clean and welcoming. But the workout, that is where they SHINE! It’s as intense and challenging as you want it be and the high energy instructors and loud music really helps you take your workouts to the next level. I joined after the 6 week challenge, having never been an athlete or ever really making the effort to be healthy and fit. The challenge taught me valuable skills for healthy eating while learning the proper techniques when working out. I joined as a VIP member so I get unlimited workouts and after about 7 months I am down 30 pounds and counting. But more importantly I have gained a ton a muscle and confidence. I feel so pumped and positive after the workouts, it’s addictive!! Thank you iLoveKickboxing for making be better!!

From the moment you walk in the door everyone is welcoming, encouraging and motivating. Each class is challenging but the workouts can be modified to meet the needs of each person no matter your fitness level. ILoveKickBoxing is definitely the place to be to release some stress, focus on what your body needs and make a new friend or two or three or more!

The best fitness decision I have made in a long time! It's challenging, but you walk out feeling great.

I joined ILKBVB over a month ago and it has been absolutely AMAZING! All the trainers are so sweet and helpful!!

The instructors and entire class make you feel very welcome on your 1st day. The first 15 minutes of class is the most intense, once you are done with that you can get through the rest of class no problem - it's fun - and I look forward to going to the next class. My friends have complimented me on my physique and increased strength and I am feeling great. I have also greatly improved my flexibility. Thank you ILKB!

It’s such a welcoming and positive environment. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient and will teach you step by step how to properly execute kickboxing techniques such as jabs, uppercuts, etc. I look forward in going to class every chance I get. Becca, Sam, Kenny, Morgan, Bianca, some of the instructors whose classes I have taken are phenomenal. They keep you challenged and motivated.

ILKB VA Beach is awesome! The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the classes are awesome. The class schedule can accommodate almost anybody’s schedule so there’s no excuse to miss class. The instructors are more than willing to help you, whether it be techniques, fitness tips, or nutrition. They are there to help you achieve your goals. Definitely worth every penny!
