        Overall

        Had a great massage at Umai for chronic lower back problems. The therapist took a lot of time to find out what was going on with my back and really hit some sore spots. She said I had some trigger points up my back muscles and fixed them. Not relaxing but really helped. I'll definitely go back monthly now.
