Emedicalfusion

I feel eMedicalFusion misrepresented: the additional costs for required internet/online services to use their program, the time and effort to set up and implement the system, ease of use and simplicity. We found the process extremely difficult and time consuming, had to repeat work multiple times due to wrong directions from the trainer, and all the required additional services much more expensive than anticipated. Our patients called other doctors rather than deal with setting up a password, filling out pages of forms, and using a credit card to make an appointment. For our patients, a phone call is much simpler & quicker.

If I could give zero or negative stars for the rating I would, but I have to give at least one star to rate. Be very careful dealing with this company.
