Rude..Rude..Rude..do not go to this salon UNLESS you want to be talked down to, in two languages experience bad customer service and pay for it, this is the place for you. Out side they advertised $16.00 for a full set. So took my 14 year old daughter in for a full set. Before we sat down wanted to make sure the price that was on the outside was accurate and what was included. I was told short which I expected and wanted for my daughter only difference was the shape of the nails which was oval but same length I was told it would be $4.00 more only, inquired again wanted same short length..instead answering the question in a professional manner the older lady with a jet black bob responded by sarcastically telling ne the difference between a 99¢ burger and a chicken sandwich and did this in front of the 2 customers that was there, really did not need the bad analogy or the rude, unprofessional comments...and I was asked after if I wanted to make a appointment..Wow..Really? Wouldn't go back if full set was a penny...not worth it
