        Overall

        I just sent my resume on the site, ut in the code and as soon as I hit the send button the next code that came up and it said to type in reject before it would send. Really? Not good business practice.

        ICR Victorville has SHADY busi...

        ICR Victorville has SHADY business practices. They place ONLY spanish speakers in jobs where there are a lot of hispanics will NOT place people of any other race! Also they fire people if they find out that they have had a workers comp case in the past they then give you a bogus story of "Oh you're just no longer needed". I know this happens a lot I use to work there. Much more than I can mention here. Oh and the owner Robert is an @ss! He is a MAJOR intimidating control freak and employees are walking on 'egg shells' all the time.
