dr f jimenez and staff are very unprofessional. I've given this dr couple of chances for them to be as professional and caring. it seems that they dont care..why become a dr or even work at a facilty..i thought patients comes first...especially the staff are so unorganized..my papers were not authorized thru insurance because their computer was not in service how does this make it my problem so i have to wait till they perchase another computer? or shall i bring my own to their office.. im so disappointed in the s taff as well as the md..never been so humiliated & embarrased for their service..i will never go back to this office ever again...people please choose your md wisely dont fall into this office games..i give it a zero...

dr jimenez & his staff are so rude..The office promised to call back & it never happens it seems as if i need to go to the office in order for someone to do something about my situation...my husband needs eye surgery since Dec.2011. as of now no one has called back regarding this situation..i've been in their office several time & no one seems to know what their doing..receptionist thinks everything is funny.This office are good to hanging up on you as well as laugh in your face. i wish that this office get better staff..my husband will no longer go to a dr that doesnt care..something just a courtisy call makes a differance. i left 5 message as of now 2wks later no call returns..this is a poor as clinic that need to shut down..the whose staff including the md are very rude..
