Chevron

My car would not start after I filled up my gas tank and of all times I did not bring my cell phone. I was not prepared for this by any means nor was I prepared for the woman working behind the counters unfrigginbelievable who crawled up your *!# attitude.
Yup Yup Yup oh yeah of all times nurse Ratched is at my service, NOT. Talk about inhumane this woman should get a medal a huge heavy one to wear around her neck.
I asked politely if there was a phone I could use explaining my situation she kept shaking her head NO as I was talking, at this point I wasn't sure what was worse my car or having to deal with Miss Congeniality.
No one should have a job dealing with people if they cannot be decent furthermore there are far too many people looking for jobs that would
represent Chevron with integrity and have a positive attitude even when they didn't feel like it...just saying.
I want to thank the people who work at Ojai Chevron for not ever ever even remotely being anything other than gracious considerate people, you are appreciated~
FYI I ended up walking 4 miles to a friends at 11:30 at night got a ride back to Chevron and my car started whew~ Cheers

I have been going to this particular Chevron station for over 12 years on a daily basis. Overall you will receive friendly service, with one exception: Rosa. She is a short and portly woman who will do as little as possible to help you. I was in the other day buying cigarettes for my friend who was waiting in the car, I was sold the wrong ones by Rosa so I immediately went back inside with the unopened pack of cigs and the receipt, all while never leaving the premises. I've never had any problems exchanging anything at this mini mart until this day, it was pretty busy and one of the cashiers was in training. Instead of asking if I'd be willing to wait until the rest of the customers were helped before I was helped, I would have gladly waited. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, I was told by Rosa I wouldn't be able to return the cigs. I've had numerous occasions where Rosa (a lowly employee rather than a manager) tells me I can't do something that I can do anywhere else, such as a simple exchange. If you want to be treated horribly, feel free to stop by this gas station, though my suggestion would be to go elsewhere, this area has many other mini mart gas stations within blocks of this one. Avoid the rudeness Rosa exudes!!
