The very worst alteration experience I have ever had. Took him over two and a half weeks to work on two items, and I had to stop by twice to hound him because he doesn't answer the phone- he'd promised to finish and call in a week at the latest. Had him do a hem on a jumpsuit- as you can see, he just blithely cut off some material, didn't do a proper hem at all, and the stitching is crooked and uneven. Maybe he was drunk? Maybe he was angry I had the gall to ask what was up with clothes I needed done? Had minor shoulder and arm length alterations I wanted on a coat. Probably because he didn't even start working on it for over two weeks, he got the lengths completely wrong and the workmanship is about the same as the jumpsuit. He started shouting at me when I complained at pickup about the wait and the poor quality work. I want to cry because I love that coat and it cost what, to me, was a lot of money. I will have to take it elsewhere and see if it is salvageable. I had this man highly recommended, and he treated me and my clothes like dirt.
