Erin first joined Landerholm’s business department as an assistant in 2007, grew into a paralegal position, became an associate attorney in 2013, and was elected senior attorney in September 2021. She continues to focus her legal practice in the area of business, serving as representation for companies and nonprofit organizations on a variety of matters including formation and structure, governance, contracts, compliance, transactions (including mergers and acquisitions and conversions), and dissolution.

James Sikora’s practice focuses on advising and counseling businesses throughout Washington and Oregon in employment law and related areas. A priority of James’s is to provide custom-tailored solutions to challenges faced by businesses that take into account the uniqueness of each business and other non-legal factors of a particular situation. He assists businesses with employment issues encountered throughout the lifespan of a business, including employee handbooks, equal employment opportunity practices, leaves of absence and disability accommodations, wage and hour practices, terminations, workplace investigations, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, and workplace trainings.
Employment Litigation
Phil also places a high priority on counseling clients through matters to avoid litigation. He assists businesses with employment issues including terminations, claims of harassment, discrimination, wage and hour issues, ADA compliance, and workplace investigations.
Clarens Emrich will be focusing his legal practice in the areas of litigation and real estate law. Prior to his recent graduation from Lewis & Clark Law School, he spent a semester working at the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
