Comfort Dental

ZERO STARS!!! NEVER GO HERE. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED WORK DONE THAT WASN'T NEEDED AFTER ALL!!! I decided to see this dentist because my insurance no longer supported my old one. When the exam started, they did not approve with me or my insurance if I was covered for a panoramic xray before performing it. Once I was examined I was told that I had 6 different problems with my teeth (ie... fillings that needed replaced and new cavities). Something didn't seem right, so I told them that I was not going to get the work done at that time... I had just seen a dentist 6 months before that and I was sure there couldn't be that many things wrong with my teeth in such a short amount of time since my last dental check-up. I went back to my old dentist to get a second opinion. I told them specifically which teeth and fillings to check so they would make sure to look at them carefully. They told me that all my fillings were perfectly fine and I did NOT have any new cavities. Comfort Dental was just trying to rip me off by performing work that didn't even need to be done in the first place. If I had followed their advice it would've cost me about $600 (even with my insurance coverage) to get that work done. I will save money by going back to my old dentist and just paying the difference of what my insurance doesn't cover with them.
