Scarbrough's Comfort Plus

When I was told by a friend that my AC unit might be low on Freon, I called six AC repair companies and all of them quoted me between $65 - $70 per lb. for r-22 plus $75 - $85 service call. I say you got a deal. Nine lbs at $65 would set you back $585. Scarbrough was the cheapest I found and they came out the same day I called. I would never use anyone else!!

I was charged $315 for 9 lbs of R-22 refrigerant and when i questioned the owner, he stated I couldn't get it any cheapen anywhere else. I received a price on a 30 pound bottle which only cost $389 plus tax. Seems like a great example of price gouging and do not recommend this contractor to anyone!
