I went in not too happy over a misunderstanding on my contract for my vehicle. But the staff empathized and were able to help me. I am all about customer service myself and the staff really came through for me. 10/10

Excellent service best service

I’ve been taking my 2019 Lexus NX 300 to Keyes Lexus for maintenance service since I bought my car there. The service is top notch! Bill Horvat, the service manager, always takes care of me and my vehicle every time!

We have been going to Keyes Lexus since we purchased our Lexus in 2019 and our adviser Ali has given us an excellent service. Very professional, experienced and care about his customers. We had a problem with our amplifier, water pump and brakes at the same time and Ali spoke with our Warranty Co and they covered more than half of our cost. That was outstanding and we really appreciate it. Thank you so much Ali. We totally recommend keyes Lexus.

Consistently great service every time. It can get very busy, but they keep it moving - without sacrificing on courtesy and customer care. Bill Horvat is the best. Genuinely kind, caring and very professional. Attentive and thorough, he always follows up and provides an ETA, updates you on any issues and always provides his own contact info so you're not stuck calling back on the main line. At times, they can be a bit slow in bringing cars around but Bill does everything he can to expedite every step. I also noticed that this Lexus dealer now uses texting, for added convenience. Bill gives the service department a friendly, welcoming feel which is not easy in big cities with lots of turnover. Everything is clean and well-maintained. There's coffee and snacks inside if you prefer to wait. It's actually a very nice lounge area. If you're a Lexus owner maybe looking for a new location, I recommend Keyes in Van Nuys highly. And ask for Bill ;)

Sales department was good and honest but the person that helped with my loan was unsatisfactory. Besides, I was surprised to find my gas tank was less than half full! Besides that, the sales department was great.

Worst experience with car dealership. I had lease with Keyes Lexus which is ending next month. Call to the dealership and set up an appointment with Linda10 AM. She appeared at 11:15. No sorry, nothing. Then we worked out numbers and choose a car. My down-payment was $1210. I've asked what it's covering. Was told First month lease, and all other fees.Financial officer tried to get first month leas . He told me that they didn't put first month lease. I ended up not to paying it. But they tried. Then they didn't have spare key. Waiting and waiting. Then they offer me to come back later, get a loaner... I refused. They agreed to bring and set it in my place. Then they tried to give me a car without inspection, but I checked and no documentation were in the car. What a surprise. And then they were not able to find it. I ended up driving my old car and then later they brought my new one. What a waist of my weekend time. For sure it will be my last lease with this dealership.

Be careful to get things in writing when you make a deal with this dealership - if you don't, you're on your own.



I had leased a Lexus and a month or so before my lease was up, I went in Keys Lexus to discuss getting me on a new lease and out of the old one. After a lot of back and forth, we agreed on a price, and I was told that "they would take care of the old lease and all I had to do was to cancel any automatic payments". I handed them the old keys - they handed me the new keys, and I was on my way.



Fast forward to two weeks ago, I receive a bill for my old lease from Lexus Financial. I immediately called Keys Lexus and asked them to sort it out as we discussed - I spoke with Karim who told me that it's my responsibility.



I feel taken, slightly disrespected, and above all disappointed at how some businesses treat loyal customers - both leases were from Keys... imagine what they'd do to new customers.
