Green Boutique

Very disappointed in Green Boutique's customer services. I received a Brighton Jewelry gift about 3 months ago. Last week the claw clasp broke. Green Boutique would not back up the merchandise; I have to mail it to California for them to fix (???). Green Boutique's claims it is Brighton's policy (I'll deal with them on another review). Well, what about Green Boutique's customers? Who do they back - us or the manufacturer? I'll shop somewhere else - not impressed with either company. So much for "up scale??"

This is one of the least know unique shops, that has a varied collection of gift items, clothing, accessories and decorations. I have returned several times and made many purchases over the last four years. The staff is friendly and helpful.
