If I could give 10 Stars to my Physical Therapist, J.R. ⭐️ at Thrive Physical Therapy I would!! J.R. literally saved me from having to get two major surgeries. One would have been a lower back surgery from a bulging disc and the other would have been a torn rotator cuff surgery. If you’ve had either of these problems you know the constant pain you live with… even while sleeping. Each week that J.R. worked with me the pain became less and less until soon… I was back to my daily routine with no more pain from either my lower back or torn rotator cuff!!! Thank you J.R. for giving me back a pain free life without surgery.
